Our student apartment in Kaunas provide a modern and comfortable living space.
Rental price already includes all utilities and cleaning services for common areas and your room (optional) once a week.
In the room you will find: a bed, an armchair and a pouf, a bedside table, a spacious wardrobe, a TV and a desk with a chair.
In the kitchen you will find: all necessary dishes and cooking tools.
Additional services: bedding set - 60 Eur
(blanket and pillow + covers), towel set - 15 Eur (body + face towels)
A fee of 1 month's rent and a deposit of 1 month's rent are required at the time of signing the contract.
