Will there be additional charges? What is the procedure for concluding a contract?
No, the specified rental price is final - it includes all utility taxes (heating, water, internet, electricity, etc.) and apartment cleaning services once a month.
The apartment can be reserved by signing a rental agreement for a minimum of 4 months. To secure the reservation, a payment of 1 month's rent and a deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent are required.
What can I find in the kitchen?
In the kitchen you will find the basic utensils and tools for cooking, as well as household appliances - stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. There is also a washing machine with a drying function, clothes hanger, iron with ironing board.
Will tenant need to clean the apartment?
Once a month the apartment will be cleaned by professionals - they will be cleaning common areas and, if you wish, private rooms as well (you can opt out of private room cleaning, but the rental price will not change because of this). You will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks (washing your dishes etc.)
