Will there be additional charges? What is the procedure for concluding a contract?
No, the specified rental price is final - it includes all utility taxes (heating, water, electricity, etc.) and apartment cleaning services once a week.
The room can be reserved by signing a rental agreement for a minimum of 4 months. To secure the reservation, a payment of 1 month's rent and a deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent are required.
What can I find in the shared kitchen? What appliances are there?
In the kitchen you will find the basic utensils and tools for cooking, as well as household appliances - stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine. There is also a washing machine with a drying function, clothes hanger, iron with ironing board, hairdryer.
Will tenants need to clean the apartment themselves
Once a week the apartment will be cleaned by professionals - they will be cleaning common areas and, if you wish, your private room as well (you can opt out of private room cleaning, but the rental price will not change because of this). You will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks (washing your dishes etc.)
How many people will live in the apartment with me?
We invite both local and international students as well as young professionals to stay in our apartment. The apartment offers 4 bedrooms for rent (two single rooms and two single / double rooms), accommodating 4-6 people.
Will tenants get bed linen?
We can provide NEW bed linen and towels for an additional fee.
Bedding set: 60 Eur (blanket and pillow + covers).
Towel set: 15 Eur (body + face towels, 2 pcs.)
Can tenants have pets?
No.
What are the public transport options?
The nearest public transport stop is approximately 100 meters away, on the same street. Very convenient connection to all major city locations.
Do we rent other properties?
Yes, we rent another full apartment (not separate rooms) at the same location, on the second floor. You can find more information here.
